This is an entry-level course which takes an active approach in helping you to develop the personal attributes and abilities needed to work in a professional administrative environment.
On completion you will be able to effectively present yourself to employers and customers, and work efficiently as part of a team.

You will develop your understanding of IT, administration, accounting and other business subjects whilst developing core skills in communication and numeracy.
