Developed specifically for the UK, WorldHost is designed for anyone working within the service sector, frontline members of staff or anyone with an interest in gaining a nationally recognised customer service qualification. It consists of a dynamic series of 4, stand alone customer service programmes, which can lead to a Level 2 Customer Service qualification.

The aim of the course is to help businesses gain a competitive edge by completing a world-class training programme which has been specifically developed to raise the standard and delivery of customer service in the UK. Course type: People 1st.

The WorldHost Recognition certification is valid for two years and can be renewed upon completion of a refresher course. Businesses can gain WorldHost recognition once 50% of their frontline staff have completed the WorldHost programmes. They will then be able to display the Recognition Award and the WorldHost logo as part of their business operations, marketing materials and website.
