What you will experience

The qualification comprises of one mandatory unit: Unit 01 Develop an Awareness of Substance Misuse. You will cover a range of topics, including:

  • The types of substance and why they are misused
  • The social and personal effects of substance misuse and how these are commonly portrayed
  • Perceptions of and responses to substance misuse

Course work will be internally and externally moderated, but there is no end test.
