In the UK today there is an ever growing number of people living with a common health condition. These conditions have varying effects upon those unlucky enough to develop them and all require continual management in order to minimise the impact they have on an individual’s day-to-day life.
Ideal for anyone currently working in or seeking a career in the health sector, this qualification will ensure positive development in strengthening awareness of the many signs, symptoms and treatments available for a variety of common health conditions. These conditions include; cardiovascular disease, arthritis and physical disability. Learners will also discover how to care for individuals and enable them to manage, monitor and control their condition effectively.
What you will experience
This course is split into manageable units, each which require to be successfully completed to achieve the qualification. Studying via distance learning means you can choose when and where you study. Access to the course is provided online with a personal tutor allocated to provide relevant support.
This course will require you to manage your workload independently, with a basic level of tutor support.

This course is completed online, so students will require access to IT equipment and the internet to complete the course.
