If you are intrigued by the delights of oriental cuisine, then immerse yourself in the true flavours of Japan! This in-depth course will boost your confidence whilst exploring the diversity of Japanese food. 

What you will experience

You will get the opportunity to make a range of dishes, from Sushi to Tokyo Style Ramen, Yakatori and Tempura. You will learn essential techniques and pick up handy tips from your expert tutor. On completion of the course you will feel confident and capable when it comes to tackling Japanese cooking.

There are no formal entry requirements for this course.

What you will need

Students should wear appropriate clothing for working within a kitchen/bakery environment (flat shoes, no jewellery and long hair tied back) and should also bring their own aprons each week. Students may be asked to provide some equipment, but this will be advised by your tutor.
