This course is designed for those who want to work in the vast and exciting multi-disciplinary area of creative media, and explores the dynamic media and digital industries/economies that exist in modern-day business and communications. The course will provide you with the skills needed to progress to more advanced courses in related subject areas.

What you will experience

The course will develop your theoretical and applied knowledge through detailed course content, where you will study written and oral communication, media research and radio journalism as well as practical elements of creative media, such as interviewing techniques and how to operate a camera.

Entry requirements

Applicants should have at least three passes at National 5, Intermediate 2 or Standard Grade Credit level, or have relevant prior work experience. All applicants will be invited to an informal interview.
