Sport and Fitness

Helping staff and students maintain a fit and healthy lifestyle.

Sport and exercise plays an important role in maintaining a healthy lifestyle and in encouraging the health and well-being of our students. Our Aberdeen City Campus, Aberdeen Altens Campus and Fraserburgh Campus all have excellent fitness suites which you can enjoy at selected times, free of charge. They are fully equipped with cardio vascular and resistance machines, along with a free-weights area. Trained supervisors are on hand for advice or assistance.

All users must undertake an induction before making use of our fitness facilities. This can be easily arranged by contacting:

Fitness Assessments

At certain times of the year, staff and students are encouraged to take advantage of fitness tests run by our students. These allow you to assess your current level of fitness and receive a specially designed programme of exercise in line with your capabilities.
