This course will prepare you to move onto further study at HN or Degree level in science or health science-related disciplines.
This course will be delivered mostly online, with lessons which you will access using Microsoft Teams. You will also be required to attend some classes at our Aberdeen City Campus (6:30pm – 9:30pm Tuesdays), for aspects such as course induction, practical assignment and prelim exams. There will be approximately 10 in-College classes spread throughout the year, and attendance at these is required if you are to be registered for the final course exam.
The online lessons will be delivered live by the course lecturer, and you will get the chance to ask questions and get support and feedback. There will also be a wealth of learning resources available through the College virtual learning environment.

Biology at National 5 or Intermediate 2 (grade B), or Standard Grade (credit level).
