This short course will show you how to make and decorate delicious cupcakes, perfect for parties and events which are free from gluten.
What you will experience
You will learn how to bake perfect gluten free cupcakes every time, and how to enhance and embellish your creations with beautiful decorations! Course content will focus on:
- Basic tools and equipment
- Cupcake and decoration recipes
- Covering and decorating techniques
- Cupcakes for special occasions
- Piping and sugar paste work

Students are required to bring an apron to class each week and wear appropriate clothing.
All core ingredients are provided by the College and included in the course fee.
