Whether you see yourself cooking up a storm in the kitchen, or planning the event where the food is served, there’s a course to get you started.

Through hands-on learning, you’ll gain skills and experience to prepare you for progression to employment or further study. This could be cooking in one of our professional-standard kitchens and fine dining restaurant, or organising and hosting your own events, both in and out of college. You’ll also benefit from our many industry connections.

If you are not sure which course to pursue, our Explore option will allow you to talk to our team about course content and your career goals, and get you on the right pathway to success in this vibrant and exciting industry.

What you will experience

Once we receive your Explore application we’ll invite you to choose a time to have a chat with one of our Curriculum Managers. They will go through all of the options with you based around your interests and previous experience so you can decide which course to apply for. After this chat, we’ll transfer your application to your chosen course and your application will be processed in the usual way.
