This is a practical course with a focus on sport and physical activity participation.
On successful completion of this course, you will be able to identify safe and effective exercises when planning a fitness training programme, participate in multiple different sporting activities and gain confidence when working in a team.

NCFE Level 1 Award in Occupational Studies for the Workplace (Broadly comparable to SCQF Level 4).
Whilst you are taking part in the course, you will be required to provide and wear a sports kit and indoor trainers for the fitness and sports elements.
Whilst you are on the course, you will be required to:
Eating and drinking are not permitted in classrooms. Drinking water is available from water dispensers in the corridors within the College buildings.

This course is only available to pupils in S4 to S6 across Aberdeen City and Shire, giving pupils the opportunity to experience life as a College student whilst staying on at school.
