Student Advice Centre
About the Student Advice Centre
This is where you can go for any kind of information regarding courses, the application process, and student support. They deal with things like:
- Pre-entry advice and guidance
- Distance and Community Learning
- Fees and funding
- Employer bookings
- Career advice
- Learning support
- International student enquiries
You’ll find a highly trained and dedicated team in place, eager to help you in any way they can. There is also a 24-hour answering facility available. The Student Advice Centre stocks our most up-to-date literature, should you require a leaflet or information booklet on a particular aspect of life at North East Scotland College.

You will find the Student Advice Centre on the Lower Ground Floor of the Tower Block at Aberdeen City Campus.
It is accessible via the soft seating area next to Dino’s Cafe.

Students’ Association

About the Students’ Association
The Students’ Association Office at the Aberdeen City Campus is a friendly, welcome environment where you can drop in to discuss anything that you feel is affecting, or would improve, your time at North East Scotland College. Feel free to call in to the office to speak with one of your Student Representatives.
Opening hours
If your Presidents are on City Campus they are happy to help with any enquiries and will work from the front desk or back office, there is a buzzer should there be no one present at the front desk. If Presidents are out of office there will be a notice on the front desks to let you know.
Our Regional President and Depute Presidents cover all campuses, and are often out of the office attending meetings, organising events or running events on behalf of students.
