Applications open for courses starting in summer 2024

December 4, 2023

NESCol has opened applications for full-time courses starting in summer 2024.

The launch coincided with the weekend’s Open Day, which provided a chance for prospective students to explore NESCol campuses and meet with specialists from 18 subject areas.

More than 140 courses are available, providing routes to employment as well as pathways to further study at university.

A new full-time prospectus was also released as College teams welcomed around 2,000 visitors to the Altens, City and Fraserburgh campuses on Saturday (2 December). Copies are available on campus and to download.

Principal Neil Cowie said: “As we prepare to welcome thousands of new and returning students for 2024/25, the focus is on a year of opportunity.

“The region is in the midst of hugely positive change and we’re proud to collaborate with employers and our university partners to ensure a workforce equipped with the talent, knowledge and sprit of innovation that is driving that transformation.

“Whether you are ready to leave school or returning to education to retrain or upskill, our teams are here to help you take that exciting next step. We are passionate about our ambition to give every learner the opportunity to fulfil their potential in education, employment and life.”

For those keen to make a change earlier in the year, a selection of full-time courses starting in February are also available. The options are designed to provide a taste of College life and a stepping stone to 2024/25 courses.
