Refunds
If you are eligible for a refund (see Course Fee Policy below) then please note the following:
- Refunds must be made to the original payer
- Refunds must be made back to the original method of payment (exception: cash/cheque payments will be refunded by bank transfer)
- Refunds for online payments are faster, more secure and more efficient
- Refunds made by bank transfer can take significantly longer than online refunds (up to a month in some cases)
We, therefore, ask that payments be made online, whenever possible.
