Information on how to apply and pay for a course if you are in employment.
We encourage online applications and offer options of booking for yourself or for your employer to book “for my employee”.
Go to the dedicated web page for your chosen course and view the booking options.
Employers can choose to book an employee online or through completing an Employer Booking Form (EBF)
If these options do not appear you, or your employer, will be asked to contact the Student Advice Centre as pre- entry guidance may be required prior to proceeding with your application.
Paying for Your Course
All course fees are payable in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable, unless the College cancels the course in line with the Course Fee Policy.
The company may request to be invoiced and if so, agrees to be credit checked. Course fees will be invoiced in full at the time of booking. If a company fails the credit check, all fees must be paid prior to the booking being processed. Payment terms are 30 days nett – any additional or different terms proposed by the buyer shall not be binding.
Confirmation that a College place has been allocated constitutes a legally binding agreement between your organisation and the College. Please familiarise yourself with the College’s Terms and Conditions of Study.
Please note that our courses are exempt from VAT, so there is no VAT to add to the course fee.
Courses will run depending on demand, and you will be fully refunded in the event of a cancelled course.
