You will develop skills in art and design and prepare a portfolio to showcase your skills and techniques. You will develop creative art or design solutions, informed by an understanding and awareness of contemporary practices and issues.

Four passes at National 5 level or equivalent to include Art and English/Communication. Alternatively, applicants may have completed an appropriate level 5 course.
For those returning to education, life skills and experience may allow entry.
You must supply your own portfolio case and materials. A list of suggested materials will be sent to you before the start of the course.

If you are studying a full-time non-advanced course (below HNC level), you may be entitled to funding.
