Successful completion of one of the following:
- National 5 Maths at Grade A or B (not Application of Maths)
- NC SCQF Level 5 in Engineering with Craft Maths 2
National 5 Applications of Maths is not accepted for this course.
The two-year Wind Turbine Technician Scholarship will create a pipeline of young talent with the knowledge and technical skills required for onshore and offshore roles. Learners will get a grounding in core engineering knowledge and skills as well as an understanding of the new technologies essential to the successful delivery of net zero, and a foundation in the new in-demand digital skills.
