Why take this course?

The course will develop your understanding and enable you to develop practical skills in consultation, shampooing, conditioning and scalp massage. Basic styling, cutting, colouring, lightening and perming techniques are the main focus on the course, with opportunities to develop your creative skills.

Promoting and selling a variety of products and services, alongside reception duties and the importance of health and safety will also be covered.

You will learn in a realistic work environment, which provides preparation for work placement and excellent salon experience for progression to employment.
