About IT Helpzone

If you are having technical problems with your personal device then you should contact our  IT HelpZones located in each of our three main campuses.  During termtime our HelpZones are manned by helpful and informative students and staff. The team can help with passwords, give advice on IT related issues, PAT Test your devices (which must be done before you can use them at College), and troubleshoot technical issues.


Aberdeen City Campus

The IT HelpZone is located on the Lower Ground of the Tower Block in the seating area across from Dino’s Cafe.

Outside of normal office opening hours, students can contact the NESCol staff IT Helpdesk for support. Please ensure that when contacting the IT Helpdesk, you include your name, date of birth, student number and full details of the problem.
