Supporting you with any technical issues you may have
If you are having technical problems with your personal device then you should contact the IT HelpZone in the Aberdeen City Campus. The HelpZone is manned by helpful and informative students and staff, who should be able to help you with whatever technical difficulty you are facing.
If you are based at the Altens Campus then you will find an IT HelpZone self-help station within the Library+ area. This is an iPad full of advice and guidance on a wide range of common technical issues. You will also find a telephone that will connect you directly the IT HelpZone reception at the Aberdeen City Campus if required.

Outside of normal office opening hours, students can contact the NESCol staff IT Helpdesk for support. Please ensure that when contacting the IT Helpdesk, you include your name, date of birth, student number and full details of the problem.
Distance Learning Students
If you are a Distance Learning student with a course code beginning with YB or YQ, please contact your department directly for help with passwords and the logging of support calls for faults.
