Glenn Murison (21) received his HNC in Mechanical Engineering at the 2019 NESCol Aberdeen Graduation Ceremony.
Glenn achieved his HNC after coming to NESCol as part of his Modern Apprenticeship through employer Safelift Offshore Ltd.
Glenn, who is a Mechanical Operative Apprentice with the Kemnay based firm, attended NESCol’s Altens campus via day release and found that he was able to put what he was learning at College into practice in his job.
Glenn, who plays in midfield for Highland League football team Huntly FC, said, “I enjoyed my College experience and made some good friends through the course. It’s given me a recognised qualification for progressing my career in the industry.”
