Checklist
These are the key things that need to be done ahead of graduation, it’s important that they are booked in advance.
Book your place
Registration has now closed for graduation.
While the College will do its best to accommodate late requests, we may not be able to include you in the ceremony if you leave it too late.
Make a change to your booking
To change or update your registration details you can edit your booking online. Alternatively, contact Ede and Ravenscroft on 01223 734759 or complete their contact form.
Ceremony dates and times
Contact marketing@nescol.ac.uk with any questions on ceremony dates and times.
Academic gowns
Hire your academic gown
Hire your academic gown at the same time as registering your place at the Ceremony on the Ede and Ravenscroft website. The cost is £30.
On the day
Ede and Ravenscroft will provide you with your robe at the Music Hall on the day of the Ceremony.
Dress code
In keeping with academic dress, you are requested to wear a white/light coloured top/shirt/tie and dark skirt/dress/trousers or national dress.
Guest tickets
You can bring up to two guests with you free of charge (please book their tickets through Ede and Ravenscroft at the same time as booking your place).
More guest tickets may be released (a small fee will be applied) after the registration closing date has passed. We will be in touch with those who have registered to attend through Ede and Ravenscroft with information on when and how to book these.
Extra guest tickets
Seating is limited, we allocate two guest tickets each. Additional tickets, may be available to purchase at a later date. You will be sent an email prior to the ceremony if extra tickets become available. These will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
Infants and children
Children under the age of two can sit on a guest’s knee. Children over that age will require a ticket due to fire regulations.
Photography
The College has appointed Ede and Ravenscroft Photography as Official Graduation Ceremony photographers. Official photos can be taken prior to and after your ceremony at your allocated venue.
Order photographs
Order your photographs at the same time as registering your place at the Ceremony and ordering your gown. Alternatively, you can book photography at a later date by logging in to your booking on the Ede and Ravenscroft website.
