Mathematics Unit 2: Relationships and Calculus
SCQF Level 6
Learn to solve equations and to introduce both differential calculus and integral calculus.
Why take this course?
The general aim of this Unit is to develop knowledge and skills that involve solving equations and to introduce both differential calculus and integral calculus.
The Outcomes cover aspects of algebra, trigonometry, calculus, and also skills in mathematical reasoning and modelling.
What you will experience
You will cover the use of mathematical operational skills linked to relationships and calculus & use mathematical reasoning skills linked to relationships and calculus.
This course requires you to manage your workload independently, and will involve attendance at a campus or centre - often for assessment purposes only.
You will require National 5 Mathematics, relevant component units or an equivalent course.
What you will need
