Oliver’s journey with Project SEARCH has been transformative. Initially seeking confidence and clarity around his future, he discovered a natural talent and passion for catering.
With structured support, mentorship, and real-world experience, he progressed from intern to paid staff through the NHS Job Bank, gaining responsibilities and independence along the way.
The Project SEARCH team and keyworkers observed significant development in his confidence, workplace communication, and ability to articulate his strengths. His independence has also grown markedly, including the ability to travel to work on his own.
