The Wallace Restaurant

A modern, attractive restaurant that doubles as an excellent training facility for students.

The Wallace Restaurant is an outstanding training facility in which our students can develop their cooking and hospitality skills in a realistic working environment. It was named in memory of Rodger Wallace who established the original Catering section of the Fraserburgh campus in 1984. The Wallace Restaurant serves delicious meals to students, staff and the general public at specific times during the week.

The restaurant has a seating capacity of 36, and it’s warm and welcoming interior makes for a fantastic ambience. All meals are prepared by catering students using local produce, and served by those studying hospitality.

Lunch reservations can be made for 11:45am, 12:00pm and 12:15pm (last orders must be placed by 12.30pm).

Payment options are cash, card or cheque. Regular prices for a 3 course lunch are £3 for starters, £6 for a main course & £3 for desserts. Gift Vouchers are also available to purchase on request.
