The Inverurie Learning Centre is very well located in the centre of Inverurie, just a two minute walk from shops, cafés and restaurants. The centre has excellent disabled access, with no stairs and a ramp at the main entrance.

Please note that during school term there is limited parking during the day, and this is restricted to three spaces for College permit holders. There are also two disabled bays, available for use at any time with a valid blue badge. After school closes the car park can be used by anyone, meaning there is ample parking for those attending evening classes.

You will find three spacious classrooms, including a modern and well-equipped IT suite. There is also a small, comfortable area with tables and chairs where students can relax, and a vending machine where you can grab a refreshment.

The Inverurie Learning Centre is based at the heart of the community, on West Church Lane in the very centre of Inverurie.

Transport Links

The Learning Centre is well served by local public transport links, and is only 15 miles from Aberdeen. It is easy to access for those based in Aberdeenshire or Aberdeen City Centre.

Modern Apprenticeship

Mechanical Manufacturing Engineering

“As a mature student and a home owner I have been able to work and learn at the same time – if I had returned to full time education then I would have struggled financially. I came away from school with few qualifications and didn’t think that I would go back into education. I always wanted to, but never really had the confidence. This has shown me that I have a huge potential for learning and it’s given me more interest to pick up learning again in the future.”
