The course provides an introduction to concepts in domestic building services, building technology and sustainable design whilst developing skills in technical drawing, computer-aided drafting and construction calculations. In addition, you will develop essential general life skills such as adaptability, teamwork and how to deal with people which will set you up for the future regardless of your chosen career path.

This course is a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) programme. This means that you are required to have access to your own laptop computer, netbook or similar device in class each day that you are in college.
This may be funded or part-funded by a bursary, if you are eligible to receive one.
