Entry requirements
Learners must have completed British Sign Language: An Introduction (SCQF Level 3) course before undertaking this course. Learners will only be allowed to progress after successful achievement of the introductory course.
This course enables you to build on your existing skills when it comes to British Sign Language (BSL) and aims to develop your skills in order to establish social relations, transact the business of everyday living and to understand presentations for information, pleasure and vocational needs.

Your course may be free if you are not a full time student with NESCol and you are: in receipt of benefits; or care-experienced; or your household taxable income falls below defined levels.
