As the use of electric vehicles continues to increase, the demand for electric vehicle charging infrastructure is also on the rise. This presents a significant opportunity for the industry to expand and establish itself as a crucial player in the transition towards sustainable transportation. However, to achieve this, it is vital to have a skilled workforce that is well-equipped to design, install, and maintain electric vehicle charging stations safely and efficiently.
Delivered in partnership with the National Energy Skills Accelerator (NESA) and with support from Scottish Government’s Just Transition Fund, this course is fully-funded, so there are no costs for participants.

Eligible candidates will reside/primarily operate in Aberdeen/Aberdeenshire/Moray, be over 18 years of age and be able to evidence completion of the most up-to-date version of 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671 Amend 2022).
City & Guilds Level 3 award in the Design and Installation of Domestic and Small Commercial Electric Vehicle Charging Installations (2921-31).
