Energy Transition Skills Hub
The Energy Transition Skills Hub (ETSH) opened in summer 2025. Within the ETSH is an exhibition space which can be hired for meetings and events. The room has a capacity of 24 – 30 people and is equipped as standard with a display screen.
Catering can be provided via NESCol‘s outsourced catering provider.

Aberdeen Altens offers a range of workshop facilities, suited to a variety of purposes. From construction related spaces to engineering zones, our teams are available to discuss individual hire requirements.

Planetarium
The Planetarium is a unique facility at Aberdeen City Campus. It can accommodate groups of up to 20 people and features a fulldome digital projector, reclined seating and immersive sound system.
There are regular film showings at the Planetarium that are open to the public, and we are also able to host schools and community groups.
