This course will help you gain the specialist knowledge and practical skills to prepare for and undertake interviews, with a view to increasing your chance of selecting the right candidate.
What you will experience
This interactive one-day course can be delivered face-to-face at a NESCol campus, online using Microsoft Teams or at a local business premises for up to twelve attendees.
You will learn about:
- The recruitment and selection process
- The role of the interviewer
- Asking probing questions
- Making justifiable decisions
- Giving feedback
- Qualities of an effective interviewer
