What you will experience
This interactive one-day course can be delivered face-to-face at a NESCol campus, online using Microsoft Teams or at a local business premises for four to twelve attendees.

- Understanding how business decisions may affect the company’s financial statements
- Identifying signals of a deterioration in financial performance
- Some important principles about budgeting
- Preparing management information
- Improving personal confidence in contributing to financial decision making
