This course provides an insight into coaching and the differences between coaching, mentoring and counselling. The session provides practical tools, techniques and models that can be used in a personal and work setting.
The training is suitable for any business professional, but is particularly useful for supervisors, managers and team leaders.
This one-day course can be delivered face-to-face at a NESCol campus, online using Microsoft Teams or at a local business premises for up to nine attendees.
