This course is suitable for any business professional, but is particularly useful for supervisors and team leaders.
What you will experience
This one-day course can be delivered face-to-face at a NESCol campus, online using Microsoft Teams or at a local business premises for up to twelve attendees.
You will learn how to:
- Define frame of reference when dealing with difficult conversations
- Establish a positive intent
- Communicate effectively
- Prepare for and follow specific steps to deal with a difficult conversation
- Maintain safety during a difficult conversation
