Why take this course?
This course equips delegates with a solid foundation in leadership competencies, emphasizing the importance of defining a clear leadership vision. You will also learn about building and motivating effective teams, and maintaining perspective during times of change.
It has been designed for individuals moving into a new leadership position, or managers or leaders who wish to be more effective in their role.
What you will experience
This one-day course can be delivered face-to-face at a NESCol campus, online using Microsoft Teams or at a local business premises for up to twelve attendees.
You will learn about:

- Developing a leadership mindset and influencing others
- Establishing trust relationships and demonstrating empathy
- Communicating with impact
