This course provides an insight into mentoring and the differences between mentoring, coaching and counselling. You will be equipped with practical tools, techniques and models that can be used in a personal and work setting.
It has been designed for managers and supervisors but all employees can benefit from this training.
This one-day course can be delivered face-to-face at a NESCol campus, online using Microsoft Teams or at a local business premises for up to twelve attendees.
