This workshop will provide you with focused time to understand and consider how to manage and build a positive work culture that improves healthy attendance in the work environment.
What you will experience
This one-day course can only be delivered online using Microsoft Teams for up to ten attendees.
You will learn about:
- Identifying stress-related mental health issues
- Stress awareness – causes, triggers and the impact it has on our living and working lives
- ‘Burnout’ signs and symptoms
- Managing stress – variable working patterns and protecting wellbeing
- Communicating in a supportive and sensitive conversation – what implications avoidance will have and why it is important to talk
- Building mental resilience
- Promoting a healthy, positive and inclusive workplace
- Supporting someone returning to work from a stress-related absence
