Although there are no formal entry requirements for this course, we would highly recommend you complete the Part 1 Sugar Flowers course first.

Learn to create stunning seasonal flowers with an award winning tutor. You will learn to work confidently with flower paste to create stunning edible flowers.
What you will experience
You will cover the following:
- How to colour the paste to achieve tones such as pastel, vintage and romantic hues.
- How to use flower tools such as cutters, veiner’s and wires.
- How to make realistic buds and elegant filler flowers.
- How to dry flowers.
- How to vein and assemble the petals.
- How to dust flowers with colour to give a realistic look.

What you will need
You will need to bring your own apron and storage containers for taking your creations home. Please note the cost of core ingredients is covered in the course fee. You may be required to purchase additional equipment.
