Why take this course?

This course will introduce you to the wonderful flavours of Thai cuisine by preparing, cooking and presenting a range of delicious Thai dishes. It is aimed at anyone who has an interest in developing their culinary skills with a particular interest in/passion for Thai food. The course fee includes expert tuition and you will also be provided with recipes to take away, so you can practice your new culinary skills at home!

What you will experience

You will learn about Thai cuisine and some essential ingredients. After some tuition and demonstrations, you will prepare and cook a range of Thai dishes from mastering that mouth-watering yum sim to creating that perfect Thai chilli sauce. The topics covered include:
