This course will introduce you to the wonderful flavours of Spanish cuisine by preparing, cooking and presenting a range of delicious Tapas dishes. It is aimed at anyone who has an interest in developing their culinary skills with a particular interest in/passion for Spanish food. The course fee includes expert tuition and you will also be provided with recipes to take away, so you can practice your new culinary skills at home!

What you will experience

You will learn about Spanish cuisine and some essential ingredients. After some tuition and demonstrations, you will prepare and cook a range of traditional Spanish dishes from mastering that mouth-watering paella to tasty potato bravas.
